Well done, gentlemen. We are proud of the fine season you all had this year. And for the 8th graders, the season isn't over yet. They earned the right to represent Wesco in the ETL-WYBL Feeder Bowl tournament March 13 & 14, pitting the Top-4 Wesco teams against the Top-4 Eastside Travel League teams in a Ryder Cup format. Points will be accumulated for each ETL vs. Wesco team victory, and the most points earned between the two leagues will send the trophy to that league. Good luck, TBirds and Wesco!

What an amazing finish to a great year! Each team played very strong to finish out the regular season against a Shorecrest program ranked 2nd overall in the WYBL standings. Huge congratulations to the 6th and 8th grade teams, who pulled out amazing victories over Shorecrest teams who were both ranked #1 in the standings. The 6th graders relied on Harrion's 40 points to beat previously-undefeated Shorecrest 57-50. The 8th graders came from behind to beat Shorecrest 36-31 in a extremely tight and exciting game. The 5th graders were defeated 35-42 by a very talented Scots team who just couldn't miss a shot. The 7th graders were unable to survive a late strong surge by the Shorecrest team, losing 36-38 in another nail-biter. The TBird program as a whole finished strong to end the regular season with a cumulative 45-27 record, good for 5th place out of 19 teams. Now it's on to the league championship playoffs to see how well we can finish out the year.
